We had an amazing stay on the 21st floor. The huge city views were stunning, and the room was super cozy. The beds were comfy, and we loved the thoughtful touches like the umbrella and torch. Can't wait to come back!

Had an awesome stay with my friends! We visited the State Theatre for a film festival and explored the shops at Westfield. The hotel had a great location and comfy vibe. The staff was friendly, and despite some minor hiccups, we felt well taken care of. Check out the Crossroads bar for tasty drinks!

However, the food service at the bar was quite slow during our visit, which made us wait longer than expected. It was a bit frustrating after a long day.

Decent stay but could improve service

We stayed for 2 nights in a spacious room. Location's awesome for shopping! Breakfast was pretty good, but the staff was hit or miss. Had a rough encounter with a lady by the pool who wasn't helpful at all. Also, waiting forever for the lift was frustrating! Better guest service would really make a difference.
